Jackie Ramsey
Executive Chef/Owner
Working as a hairstylist she always dreamed of becoming a chef. After several years of contemplation, she decided to follow her dream and pursue her passion for cooking. After moving to Dublin, Ireland to work at the Four Seasons, she was given an opportunity to work with some extremely talented chefs and take her skills to a higher level. Honing her skills at the Four Seasons and other notable restaurants in LA helped her distinguish her style and flavor combinations like no other.
Every place she has traveled to and explored has helped her find inspiration and passion that reflects onto her cooking. Due to her drive and determination, she decided to start her own catering company. Her creativity and imagination are well displayed in all her dishes, along with her colorful and distinguished palate.
With a healthy and fresh approach, I put the focus on flavor with inclusivity in mind. At our table, meat eaters and vegans are welcome. Pescatarians can dine with vegetarians. Carb lovers can sit with friends who are gluten-free. We’re here to bring the continents of tastes together for a decadent experience that feels like an adventure.

Danyi Honore
COO
Having a passion for event planning at an early age, Danyi attended UNLV and achieved a bachelor's degree in Hospitality: Meetings and Events. After graduating, she received an offer from Napa Valley Grille, where she started as an office assistant and worked her way up to Event Sales Manager. This is also where she met Jackie! After a few different roles, life brought the two back together to create Pangea Catering.
With Danyi’s hospitality and event experience and Jackie’s passion for food and creativity, the two are the perfect pair to bring any event to life with delicious food and innovative styling. Whether it’s a baby shower, wedding or corporate lunch, we are here to make it a memorable event.
